Dr. Naiara Abreu Fraga Braghiroli is a Brazilian dermatologist, researcher, and physician leader at Miami Cancer Institute, part of Baptist Health South Florida. She serves as Chief of the Skin Cancer Clinic and holds the Kalman Bass Endowed Chair in Skin Cancer. Dr. Braghiroli earned her medical degree from the Federal University of Bahia in Brazil and completed advanced clinical training in dermatology, internal medicine, skin cancer research, dermoscopy, and confocal microscopy in both Brazil and the United States.
Throughout her career, Dr. Braghiroli has combined patient care, academic research, and medical innovation. Her work focuses on the diagnosis, monitoring, and management of skin cancer, melanoma, and complex dermatologic conditions. She has authored numerous peer-reviewed scientific publications and remains actively involved in research initiatives dedicated to advancing dermatologic oncology and early detection strategies.
